Ecuador
produces two types of coffee: Arabica and Robusta.
Part of the Arabica coffee crop is washed which
makes it milder and gives it more aroma.
The
availability of both coffee varieties makes it
possible to obtain excellent blends for the production
of instant coffee. The Arabica coffee for its
aroma and flavor and the Robusta for its tone
and body. |
